The Scorzelli Crozier Has Nothing on This Monstrosity
If you haven't already seen the youth synod papal crozier, brace yourself before you click on this link.
I long for the days when I referred to the Romans as 'wizards' and it was satire.

The Red Hat Report
This ought to be interesting: A group of wealthy Catholics are putting together a "watchdog" group that will publish a lavender mafia list by April of 2020.
The Red Hat Report, dubbed as the group’s “flagship project,” is designed to audit all 124 current papal electors. Organizers say it will be conducted by a team of, to date, nearly 100 researchers, academics, investigators, and journalists, with the aim “to hold the hierarchy of the Catholic Church accountable for abuse and corruption, and to develop and support honesty, clarity, and fidelity in Church governance.”Finally. I've been asking them to put their money into private investigators for 20 years.
Let's think about how this will play out.
Right now, Nighty Nights Tobin tweets his kissy face message to Baby and the Holy Father appoints him to a youth synod. Thousands of Catholic lay people point out the red flags and dangers of appointing him to a youth synod. The Holy Father and his see of bishops announce that excepting when they use social media and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass to caricature you as beezlebub, they will continue to say and do nothing when we object to their corruption and defilement of our people. If Tobin gets caught 20 years from now, the lavender mafia will initiate another apology tour and tell us they're going to get together when the pigs fly to refine flow charts on procedures.
Here's what happens when you have a wealthy group of donors willing to hire private detectives:
Nighty Nights Tobin tweet goes out to Baby. A private investigator is hired. The identity of Baby is confirmed within a few weeks. As a result of that investigation, we either learn Tobin does indeed engage in romantic banter with his sister using a baby talk or suspicions about Baby being his sexual lover are confirmed. They express shock and Nighty Nights Tobin is taken out of circulation.
Mission accomplished in a matter of weeks.
Here's another way to use this group:
When the Holy Father names suspicious priests/bishops to run a youth synod, etc., the group deploys a fleet of private investigators to get the dirt long before the youth synod happens. Believe me when I say this would only have to be done once before the Holy Father and Holy See would stop appointing the lavender mafia to anything.
What are the chances Pope Francis would give a priest like Fr. James Martin a leadership position in the articulation and communication of his approval of heresy if he knew Catholics would get to the bottom of finding out the root of poisonous tree within a few weeks of that appointment?
If every time a bishop appoints a suspected member of the lavender mafia to 'teach' at the seminary, or to his cabinet or puts him into the pipeline for elevation - and it gets exposed, there is a very high likelihood they will avoid scandal by making better choices.
Not to mention the report will keep the see from elevating another member to the Chair of Peter.
I am not imply the Holy Father is gay. It's irrefutable he's an enabler, elevator and fierce protector of the lavender mafia and their agenda. This fiefdom effectuates the poisoning of our children's minds. If he isn't gay, he might as well be.
It's painful to accept the reality there is no other alternative. We've exhausted every internal forum decades beyond the tolerance that left countless victims into the hands of predators. From the treatment of the dubia, Archbishop Vigano to the Fr. Walter Cuenin debacle, it's crystal clear the corruption has consumed any reasonable honest attempts to stop sexual and spiritual predators.
It was a terrible disservice to Christ that we let it get all the way to the Chair of Peter. But, better late than never.
Yet it is not our part to master all the tides of the world,
but to do what is in us for the succour of those years wherein we are set,
uprooting the evil in the fields that we know,
so that those who live after may have clean earth to till.
What weather they shall have is not ours to rule.”

Thinking the Unthinkable Prospect of a Pope Promulgating Doctrinal Errors
The following article is written by Fr. Jerry Pokorsky, who is well-known to be humble, faithful, rational, reasonable, patient and spiritually-sound priest:
Until very recently, the prospect of a pope promulgating significant doctrinal error was unthinkable. But many of us are now fretting about ambiguous papal pronouncements said to be “authentic magisterium” that directly oppose Scripture and Tradition.
It's not an article written by a nobody blogger. When the things you say and don't say contradict Church teaching as pope and you lose the confidence of average local faithful parish priests, you've done irreparable harm to the communion of Christ's Church.
But, I do want to emphasize something father says:
I don't know of any solid catechized Catholic who is concerned about the Church. The Church, as Truth and Christ Himself, is incapable of destruction.
Enemies can kill Him, but He/Truth/the Church rise from the grave. Our concerns are about the people tricked by the treachery and consequently robbed of salvation right before our eyes.
The friend in a second marriage whom we spent years gently teaching about the importance of annulment and consecration/validation with a Sacramental marriage whom the pope has convinced is not necessary.
The incalculable number of gays who believe the pope thinks gay sex and marriage is ok.
The number of relatives, neighbors, friends who think the pope has taught pagan/false religions are a path to salvation, living together is ok, contraception is ok and other heresies this papacy has promulgated.
The number of families convinced by the pope that their parents and family members who object to living together, gay marriage - etc - are people who hate them.
I could go on and on about the painful consequences to PEOPLE we love and care about, but I'm preaching to the choir here.
Suffice it to say, our rift with the pope is over hundreds of thousands of immortal souls of people we deeply love. With respect to those very real and painful situations, the fact that the pope cannot do irreparable damage to Christ and Truth brings us no consolation.

Of course, deliberate ambiguities in papal teaching, incompetence, and infidelity that tamper with the “authentic magisterium” would be disastrous: sowing confusion and even suggesting the unthinkable, that the gates of Hell have prevailed in the Church.
But this cannot be the case as a matter of logic. The truth of Christ remains. His Gospel is handed down in Scripture, Tradition – and the cumulative magisterial teaching of popes, bishops, councils, and synods throughout historyI realize this pastoral attempt to calm scandalized people and he later acknowledges and explains how difficult a situation is to try to overrule heresy from a pope, but I want to make sure we keep the emphasis on the right scandal.

Corrections may also come from the faithful who are, after all, endowed with the sensus fidei (sense of the faith). But the elimination of doctrinal distortions and errors (and restoration of doctrinal clarity) is difficult. As widespread clerical dissent from Humanae Vitae demonstrates, doctrinal repair and restoration can lead to generations of painful conflict.Pope Francis is able to lead people into temptation, sin and hell - and that is precisely what he is doing.

Justice Kavanaugh's Nomination Process
I wanted to share a few thoughts on the events unfolding in our government.
The conduct of the democrats reached a new level of demonic and despicable. Here's what bothers me about this situation. Kavanaugh was a white, wealthy conservative Catholic virgin who went to Mass, played sports, studied his butt off. He went on to serve his country, community and Church with decency and honor. For decades.
Along comes a woman who accuses Brett of sexual assault 38 years ago. But her account of this event demonstrates that her memory is either severely impaired or she is lying. My personal opinion is the latter. She 'forgets' key facts which would make her story gel.
She remembers a general part of town which the assault took place which is nowhere near where she lived. As a 15 year old who didn't drive, she would have needed to get there by car. But she forgets who drove her there. She forgets who hosted the party. She forgets the location of the house. She forgets who was there.
She names people as 'witnesses' she 'remembers' were at the party. She names a person as 'witness' who she says stood in the room as a bystander as she was sexually assaulted. All of these people are contacted and all four people say no such party took place in the location she describes, they were not there, the accused was not there.
Fatal flaws to her memory and credibility.
She claims she gets away from Brett and Mark, runs out of the house but does not call the police. Instead, she leaves her female friend to fend for herself. She doesn't call her friend the next day to find out how she made out in a house with two supposed rapists.
Though the distance would have required her to get a ride in a car home, she forgets who drove her home.
She was caught lying about witnesses. She was caught lying about a bystander in the room and eyewitness to the sexual assault. She was caught lying about a 'fear of flying'. When asked by the prosecutor under oath as to why her own witnesses say there was no such party, she gets caught in a lie about 'health problems' being a reason the witness, her own friend, is contradicting her.
She is caught admitting Feinstein got her the lawyers. She admits she doesn't know who is paying for Feinstein's lawyer or her polygraph (which has its own problems)
She doesn't mention anything to anyone about this incident until 2012, when her husband dragged her to a shrink for unstable behavior.
Any reasonably honest and just person would admit if Kavanaugh were their husband or son, they would feel strongly he was an innocent victim of a mentally unstable person or liar. This is not a serious or credible allegation.
But, our country is now willing to lynch an innocent person for the political purposes. This is a devastating advance in debauchery of not only governmental powers, but of American citizens who are willing to go along with it. It actually exposes something I believe to be an enormous threat to our liberty and our lives.
If American citizens are willing to do this, we are a lot closer to the point in time when they will not hesitate to jail or kill us because they oppose our moral convictions.
This is exactly what Christ warned us would happen.
It is the end of due process. The end of the presumption of innocence.
An insidious development.

Archbishop Viganò Again Testifies that Pope Francis Was Informed about McCarrick's Sexual Predation
Ya think told the Holy Father will go another round of slanderous homilies accusing him of being a devil?
Now, the pope’s reply to my testimony was: “I will not say a word!” But then, contradicting himself, he has compared his silence to that of Jesus in Nazareth and before Pilate, and compared me to the great accuser, Satan, who sows scandal and division in the Church — though without ever uttering my name.
If he had said: “Viganò lied,” he would have challenged my credibility while trying to affirm his own. In so doing he would have intensified the demand of the people of God and the world for the documentation needed to determine who has told the truth. Instead, he put in place a subtle slander against me — slander being an offense he has often compared to the gravity of murder. Indeed, he did it repeatedly, in the context of the celebration of the most Holy Sacrament, the Eucharist, where he runs no risk of being challenged by journalists.
When he did speak to journalists, he asked them to exercise their professional maturity and draw their own conclusions. But how can journalists discover and know the truth if those directly involved with a matter refuse to answer any questions or to release any documents?
The pope’s unwillingness to respond to my charges and his deafness to the appeals by the faithful for accountability are hardly consistent with his calls for transparency and bridge building. Moreover, the pope’s cover-up of McCarrick was clearly not an isolated mistake. Many more instances have recently been documented in the press, showing that Pope Francis has defended homosexual clergy who committed serious sexual abuses against minors or adults. These include his role in the case of Fr. Julio Grassi in Buenos Aires, his reinstatement of Fr. Mauro Inzoli after Pope Benedict had removed him from ministry (until he went to prison, at which point Pope Francis laicized him), and his halting of the investigation of sex abuse allegations against Cardinal Cormac Murphy O’Connor.I'm sure you won't find this surprising, but I've had several very faithful Catholic friends over the last 20 years who think I've not always been fair in criticizing heresy or spiritual malpractice of that priest or bishop. A few of them have never said anything critical of a priest or bishop. Never.
Like me, at first, they were reluctant to admit Pope Francis is a menace to the Church and salvation. But, every single one of them have expressed their observation of Pope Francis destruction and lies. For the first time in 20 years, they routinely initiate communications with me with links to the latest scandal and acknowledge the demonic properties.
I know a lot of Catholics. All routinely share stories about how the treachery in Rome affected relatives and friends understanding of sin. I used to think if they really understood the reasons we are all so fed up, the tangible damage to people we love, they wouldn't act this way. They would realize why their old tricks are not going to work anymore. We are watching our relatives get robbed of entry into Heaven and are coming to terms with the reality Pope Francis and his cronies just don't give a flying pig about any of us. That rift with the gypsies, tramps and thieves in the Holy See is irreparable.
I'm starting to wonder what will happen when Pope Francis is dead and gone. Do you think the lavender mafia will persuade the episcopal morons they were able to hoodwink in the last election and get more time and power? Pope Francis is stacking the see with the mafia, so it is possible and even likely.
I continue to hold out hope that if we make it ugly enough, if we tar and feather them, if we publicly expose that we see what they're doing and God sees it too, there is a spark of truth left in their filthy minds and souls. All it takes is a spark.
Much work is ahead of us making them miserable. LOL.

Boston Archdiocese Refuses to Answer Questions About Priest Sexual Predator
Great coverage on the Walter Cuenin story:
The archdiocese of Boston, Massachusetts is refusing transparency about a priest reportedly removed for homosexual assault.
In another development, in my last post, I published my unanswered email to the Vicar General of Boston.
A buffoon from the Archdiocese anonymously posted in the comments section of the above post and explained the reasons they do not feel obligated to answer Catholics who call begging them to stop sexual and spiritual predators :
AnonymousSeptember 26, 2018 at 9:41 AMHe probably doesn't feel the need to answer a letter from someone who doesn't show any traits of the Holy Spirit, but is obsessed with the actions of others. Maybe he doesn't feel the need to answer someone who sees themselves is a self-appointed policeman/woman of the Church. You keep asking for prayers, but we don't see any fruit of those prayers in your spiritual life or an infusion of the Holy Spirit. Just finger pointing and an obsession with what others are doing.
If you came across as a holy woman, then maybe your would get a response.

The Pope Francis fix.
We will not say one word or do anything about our sexual and spiritual predators, but stay tuned for homilies and social media posts explaining why we think victims are no good bums.
At least we finally have some answers on what is going on in the papacy of Pope Francis: The lavender mafia is waiting for us to display the fruit of their prayers.
If they only knew the insurgence to overthrow them is it.

UPDATE: Deceptive Responses to Fr. Walter Cuenin Sexual Abuse Inquiry
This is a story very much in progress, so I don't have much to add at this time, except I did want to shed some light on how crystal clear my conversation with Fr. Parrish was – here are my notes from the conversation:
Me: I’m sure you’ve read what’s alleged about Cuenin’s removal from Brandeis on the blogs, but if not I’ll inform. I note on archdiocesan website Cuenin is ‘senior priest’ which, to the best of my knowledge, requires canonical good standing. I’m calling to find out his ministry status.
Fr. P: Fr. Cuenin’s current status is a senior priest.
Me: Oh. Then there are no restrictions on his ministry.
Fr. P: Yes, there are. Fr. Cuenin had a very public problem with alcohol and the restrictions are related to that. (Fr. Parrish later clarified Fr. Cuenin's restrictions are 'no ministry and barred from living on Church property'.)
Me: Oh. Then information provided to blogs that he was removed from Brandeis because a student alleged Fr. Cuenin initiated an unwanted sexual encounter after intoxicating him, is false.
Fr. P: No, that’s true.
Me: Wut? (laughing in disbelief) Well, then that would be among the chief reasons for his restrictions! This is not at all surprising. Each one of us heard McCarrick-like rumors about lovers he was living with and his promiscuous consensual homosexual sex activity for decades. We had a right to information about this allegation and actions taken as a result. These guys need to be cut loose and laicized!
Fr. P: I’m not sure about that, if they are cut loose, nobody has any supervision over them and it’s much more of a risk. A lot of people believe it’s better the Church retain, treat and supervise to make sure they can never be a threat.
Me: What do you mean by that? Is he in a lock-down facility?
Fr. P: Not lock down, more like a supervised half-way house.
Me: Well, that’s not going to stop him from going down to the local barroom or park.
Fr. P: Believe me, he is physically incapable due to his health status and is not a threat to the public. Do not worry about that.
Me: You mean his health condition leaves him immobile/wheelchair limited?
Fr. P: Yes, his health is very, very poor.
Does that sound to you like there could have been some miscommunication?
Please.
The reason I reached out to Fr. Parrish is, he is among a handful of priests in the Chancery who you can report spiritual malpractice to and if he finds out what's reported is true, he actually does something about it. He is a priest who is building broken trust with laity with action – he sees a wrong and tries to right it.
Something that is not tolerated under Cardinal O'Malley.
After McCarrick was outed, didn't DiNardo usher in the 2018 apology tour by telling us to call our chanceries to share concerns about sexual abusers? This is a perfect example of what they are trained to do after we call so it all ends up being a colossal waste of time and trust.
I am floored by the stupidity of Cardinal O'Malley's tack.
I repeat the bewilderment I expressed directly to Donilon in an email published at BCI: If stupid PR strategies could fly, this would be a jet.
He couldn’t just come up with a lame statement like ‘true dat, Cuenin violated boundaries’ – like every other bishop with a sex addict on their hands and let it be a story among the hundreds.
Oh no, not Terry! PR advice to the Cardinal that screws things up to a fare the well is his job security.
Every time Donilon gets his hands on something, respect and trust for the Cardinal is smeared with caca. If he was trying to sabotage the Cardinal, he couldn’t do a better job. And let us face it: a person who would pay $200,000 for it is not the sharpest tool in the shed.
They want the story to blow up? Ok.
But, let the record be noted - the communications shared are 1/10 of the free time I spent over the last two days trying to talk some common sense into them. It's time to flush the toilet. Stay tuned.
UPDATE
I sent the following letter to Vicar General Bishop Uglietto who was the lead in the management of Cuenin's removal from Brandeis:

Subject: Fr. Walter Cuenin 2015 Allegation of Inebriating Brandeis College Student and Sexual Molestation

IHS
Bishop Uglietto,
As you are no doubt aware, for decades, informed and practicing US Catholics have received information about promiscuous homosexual conduct of priests and bishops. I personally have knowledge of hundreds of Catholics who wrote to the Cardinal O'Malley to raise concerns about rumors of consensual homosexual promiscuity by a handful of Boston priests.
Post revelations confirming decades-old rumors about Archbishop McCarrick, Catholics have been instructed by Cardinal DiNardo and high-ranking prelates of the Pope's See to call our local chanceries with concerns about sexual misconduct of priests or bishops.
As you are also no doubt aware, after receiving information about a sexual molestation allegation against one of the largest homosexual activists in the US, Fr. Walter Cuenin, I phoned Fr. Bryan Parrish of Boston's Clergy Personnel office to discuss my concerns and requested information on the status of his faculties.
Here are my notes on that conversation:
Me: I’m sure you’ve read what’s alleged about Cuenin’s removal from Brandeis on the blogs, but if not I’ll inform. I note on archdiocesan website Cuenin is ‘senior priest’ which, to the best of my knowledge, requires canonical good standing. I’m calling to find out his ministry status.

As you are also no doubt aware, journalists seeking to confirm Fr. Cuenin's status due to allegations of plying a college student with liquor and molestation, Cardinal O'Malley's communications director, Terry Donilon, told journalists I am lying about verification received from Fr. Parrish.
Latest updates are here:

https://conqueredbylove.blogspot.com/2018/09/deceptive-responses-to-fr-walter-cuenin.html
I'm writing to you for two things:
1. Kindly verify whether the allegations of sexual misconduct were among the reasons for Fr. Cuenin's departure from Brandeis and canonical restrictions.
2. Please explain what process and procedure Catholics are to follow to seek verification or denial of credible rumors of sexual misconduct by priests, bishops, deacons or employees of the Archdiocese.
The days have come to an end where the we report these incidents and sexual predators are given decades of opportunities to rob our relatives of their innocence and salvation.
Please reply by the end of work day today, or this email will be published with your non-response. This conduct is absolutely intolerable.
In Christ, Carol McKinley
I received no answer.
As predicted when the Holy Father said he said he 'would not say one word' about Archbishop Vigano's testimony, he has been using the passive-aggressive spiritual manipulation protocol of using his homilies to caricature sexual predators and their episcopal enablers as Jesus Victim who remains 'silent' and depicting lay Catholics seeking the protection of the flock as demons.
Unimaginable diabolical infestation and activity.
Yesterday, the USCCB announced the 2018 sexual abuse dog and pony show. I haven't delved into the details, but it appears Pope Francis has nixed the request to assign an Apostolic Visitor, as well as the lay-led review board that reports to the Nuncio, and he's asked the bishops not to have their annual meeting in November that would tackle internal sexual debauchery and coverups and to instead, asked them to 'retreat' behind closed doors.
When it comes to internal corruption in the Church, I do not consider myself a naive person. I knew things were bad. But, yesterday, I started to come to terms with the latest reality check: It is way, way, worse than any of us could imagine.
All their bs about being committed to honest dialogue and legitimate actions on sexual and spiritual predators, the above is what actually happens when you make a sincere attempt to trust their commitment for real reform. After decades of similar experiences, most people wouldn't even bother to offer them the opportunity to demonstrate their sincerity and honesty. Who keeps going into a room where the occupants kick you in the head and when you ask them to stop, accuse you of victimizing them?
As a person with the courage to go where angels dare not tread, and keep giving them another chance, here's my assessment:
There are priests and bishops who realize what needs to be said and done to build trust, but as soon as they attempt it, they are silenced and oppressed by the infiltrated power structures that protect spiritual and sexual priest predators. And it appears this power is more lethal than it has ever been in the history of the Catholic Church.

Laughing Their Butts Off
The Holy See released a picture of the meeting about sexual debauchery and the picture depicts everyone in the room laughing out loud.
Shortly after the picture was released, an incriminating 300 page dossier was leaked.
I guess they still don't know what's happening?
I'm just going to leave this right here:

Boston "Reformer" Fr. Walter Cuenin Molestation Cover Up?
Catholic journalists and bloggers have been busy following leads and speaking to various parties about the breaking/developing disturbing allegation of sexual abuse of a Brandeis University student by head of Boston's lavender mafia, Fr. Walter Cuenin.
Boston Catholic Insider has updated details on what's been confirmed so far, and a good summary of Cuenin's long legacy of public warning signs.
This story really got to me. Chiefly because Cuenin was Boston's McCarrick. Brazen, out of control homosexual antics and decades of rumors of problems with alcohol, participation in homosexual subculture of promiscuity and shacking up with sex partners.
How did he get away with this for decades? Like a CEO, POTUS and other positions of power and influence, by the nature of the relationship between God and the priesthood, there is NEVER a situation where a priest's sexual advances would lead to consensual sex. No matter how old the object of their sexual desires, it is a non-consensual abuse of power.
Who would assign a priest with substance abuse and alcohol problems to a college? He should have been laicized decades ago, along with Josoma and all 58 priests on the lavender mafia declaration.
Why were Boston Catholics not informed for 4 years of this surreal development? Hundreds, if not thousands of us, wrote to the Cardinal to point out the warning signs and requested he be taken out of ministry.
When someone finally steps forward and says what Cuenin was doing is not really consensual, officials at Brandeis University went the route of cover up because they appreciated Walter's willingness to applaud promiscuity and practice it himself?
When it comes to RICO dragnet, it is every bit as wrong for a school to respond with cover up as it is for authorities in the Catholic Church.
I've read numerous people who compared what's happening now to Cardinal Law. I vehemently disagree.
The counterinsurgence now at play is exact opposite overthrow of power that occurred in 2002.
Every priest on this list, who planned, plotted and took part in the coup to overthrow Cardinal Law was affiliated with homosexual promiscuity. Every last one of them. They either taught it, practiced it, or both - and this group overthrew Law because he was an enemy of their agenda. Let that sink in.
The episcopal targets of the counter-coup currently underway are affiliates of homosexual promiscuity. Two coups are antipodal.

Pope Says Catholics Trying to Take Down Lavender Mafia are Devils
He isn't going to say 'one word', but he does want to mention that victims of the Lavender Mafia are Beezabub.
He tries to uncover the sins, so they are visible in order to scandalize the peopleThis is a confession if I ever heard one.
Letting homosexual priests molest our brothers, uncles and sons and rob us of salvation was all for the sake of unity?
The gang of nine met with Pope Francis yesterday to discuss a response to Archbishop Vigano's accusations. Do you think they came up with this dud of a strategem?
Cardinal O'Malley was compared to Sgt Shultz with this vexing statement. He disclosed the Holy Father's commission on sexual abuse is only about the handful of pedophiles, not the pandemic of priests sexually molesting boys over 18. Their goal is to change the future so it won't be a repeat of the sad history they don't have anything to do with.
I hope they are not paying for these PR disasters. If I were their PR person, I would tell them unless I hand them a piece of paper which they can read statements from, do not open their mouths.
Wuerl has raised the red flag.
Mark my word: There's going to be a lot of commotion if his replacement is a card-carrying member of the mafia.

Cardinal O'Malley's Dead Letter Branch is Back in the News
Retired NJ priest Fr. Kenneth Lasch told the Boston Globe he wrote to Cardinal O'Malley about an unresolved abuse complaint and received several dismissive letters from Fr. Kickham.
I've been complaining about these template letters for decades! I personally know hundreds of Catholics who sent Cardinal O'Malley letters about various problems who received a dismissive letter from Fr. Kickham.
I've read letters other Catholics received from Fr. Kickham and received several letters myself. Let me tell you something: That guy knows a million and one ways to write letters about nothing.
But, after years of following stories of Catholics trying to get resolution about a situation Cardinal O'Malley has the duty to fix, I'm not convinced Fr. Kickham is the root of the problem.
Don't get me wrong, Fr. Kickham letters are exasperating and need to be improved upon, but I believe the problem may be Cardinal O'Malley is an absentee father and Fr. Kickham doesn't have the authority to take action on most of the complaints he receives.
If a bishop won't engage in communication or exercise his authority and your job is relaying information about his communication and authority, you've got to be an expert on patronizing letters that convey the bishop has abandoned his duties and obligations.
Here's why I've come to that conclusion:
Fr. Lash wrote three letters about his situation. He had a long way to go.
I don't personally know anyone whose written to Cardinal O'Malley about sexual abuse, but I do know plenty of Catholics who've written to him about spiritual malpractice, heresy or blasphemy. To get some kind of a response, Boston Catholics customarily write a dozen or more letters about a situation over which the Cardinal has the duty and authority, before they would ever see action. That's the reason the information is now disclosed on blogs. Who has time for that?!
The process took years. If a situation was serious enough to warrant an appointment, when a meeting finally occurs, its clear the Cardinal never read the letters, not even in a quick review to find out what the meeting was about.
Fr. Bill Scanlan used to call the phenomenon "O'Malley Dead Letter Branch". Here is some commentary from Fr Scanlan’s files:
Another letter is added to the O'Malley Dead Letter Branch.
The questions certainly are surfacing...
Does he receive his mail?
Does he read his mail?
Is his mail being misdirected?
Is this an intentional snubbing?
Could this result from legal advice to avoid contact?
Whatever is at the heart of his unresponsiveness it is certainly not the character of a real pastor/shepherd.A few excerpts from Fr. Scanlan's letters to Cardinal O'Malley:
"This is now my sixth (6th) letter to you since you assumed the 'cathedra' of Boston. The previous five have not received so much as a 'responsive' grunt. I therefore remain doubtful that you even received them."
"Hello Bob, I suppose this is as tiresome for you as it is for me...this will be my ninth letter to my bishop, the third of the last two weeks. It was you who recognized these last three letters! I do appreciate that courtesy and I believe it to be quite sincere. Thank you."
"Nine letters have gone unrecognized by my Bishop. I can no longer see this as unintentional. I now recognize his silence as an intentional message "I can not be bothered with your concerns, and you, William Scanlan are 'persona non grata"
"Bob, I appreciate the awkwardness of your position. I do not hold you in any way responsible for this tragic reality..."
Excerpts from Fr. Scanlan's letter written to Cardinal O'Malley following a meeting which occurred after years of sending letters:
"When you review that document, you will understand why I was mystified by your statement (more than once), "I did not know". You were informed in my numerous letters of the situations you didn't know.
In deference to you, I have to therefore assume that communications intended for you are being misdirected. This would indicate a very serious situation within the Curia adjunct staff and ultimately with your own mission to shepherd the Diocese."Fr. Scanlan was one of many who made dozens of attempts to get Cardinal O'Malley to communicate and exercise his authority. In the absence of communication and action, he sought the assistance of auxiliary bishops, canonical yahoos, Nuncio Montalvo, the Romans.
Through these experiences, it was his opinion the motives behind Fr. Kickham's responses were pastoral and kind in nature. Cardinal O'Malley has checked out. Rather than let a wounded person feel ignored, Fr. Kickham at least acknowledges receipt of the letters and comes up with something to say about the nothingness of the Cardinal's response.
I could be mistaken. I'm throwing this out there because indicting the wrong people for the wrong reasons is not going to fix the problem. Given my own experiences, Fr. Bill's explanation is plausible.
Going up the chain of command hundreds of times, it's become clear to me that solid faithful priests and administrators have their hands tied in the discipline of wayward priests. Wayward priests are taking advantage of Cardinal O'Malley's protection.
Superiors of wayward priests will be outraged along with you, will reach out to the wayward priest, do what they can. But, eventually say things like "don't get mad at me, this is as far as I can go with it, the rest is up the Cardinal and you can expect nothing further to happen, its a sad situation, pray for us.."
The Cardinal put out a response to yesterday's Boston Globe article, basically saying he 'will now' personally review correspondence 'of Commission related matters' or 'abuse related' matters, even if they address matters outside of his authority' and he's 'made a commitment to refer those requiring the attention of the Nuncio to the United States and/or the Vatican' (where the Holy Father has made the commitment to "not say one word on this matter").
Knock yourselves out!
It's important to note what Cardinal O'Malley's statement doesn't say.
His press release is very specific on what he's authorized Fr. Kickham to give him to personally read:
Letters pertaining to the abuse of children and letters which fall outside of his authority that need to go up the chain of command.
Letters pertaining to spiritual malpractice or the homosexual mafia will continue to be forwarded to the Dead Letter Branch.
It's an unacceptable response. He's got to sit and read all communications that require his intercession to resolve and he's got to 'commit' to resolving them, with removals and laicization where appropriate.
The letters have to start communicating to us that an investigation is underway and if allegations are found to be true, the priest will be removed, his faculties stripped and a canonical process will commence.
Enough smoke and mirrors.

This Sums Up Abuse Coddling: "I Will Not Say One Word on This"
Yesterday, Boston Catholic Insider published Part II of their report on Cardinal O'Malley's Coddling of Abusive Priests.
Particular note should be taken of two comments in the comments section.
In one comment, a Catholic describes driving by a Church and having a person in the car tell him everyone in town knows Fr. Josoma's lover was living in the rectory with him.
Another comment about Fr. Call-Me-Walter Cuenin:
Cuenin did not leave Brandeis because of “health.” He was Removed because he took a young man away, plied him with alcohol and molested him. Both Brandeis and the Archdiocese wanted to keep it quiet. Shouldn’t they have been concerned if there were other victims?I'm not the least bit surprised about this allegation. Walter Cuenin is a classic example of what's wrong with the Church.
Sexually-active homosexual priest teaches Church teaching wrong/homosexual sex ok. Diabolically-disoriented people who have been stewing in mortal sin for years pour in from a 100 mile radius to listen to his disordered psychobabble. They deliver their own children to their own demons. Then those children lure peers into traps.
Thousands of complaints pour into the chancery, the nuncio, the holy see for decades, who 'will not say one word' to Catholics who ask them to do something to stop it.
But they say plenty to defend the dirty rotten scoundrels and they appoint them to places where they can do maximum harm.
Who appoints an individual with drinking and psycho-sexual problems to a college?
This man and every sexually-active priest just like him should have been laicized decades ago.
There are dozens of these stories in the never-ending nightmare of Cardinal O'Malley's tenure in Boston.

Consorting with the Enemy
This weekend, my pastor announced that at the end of every Mass starting next week, we'll be saying the St. Michael prayer and Hail Mary-because Mary has the ability to crush Satan's head.
What a difference it makes to be in a parish/diocese where practicing Catholics aren't in the position of having to beg spiritually-oppressed or bankrupt priests for powerful spiritual weapons or Church teaching. It makes the sick culture in the Archdiocese of Boston stand out like a sore thumb.
I don't mean to say there aren't plenty of solid, orthodox priests and bishops in Boston. My guess is, a little over 50% are solid, faithful, celibate orthodox priests. But, these priests are oppressed and controlled by the subculture of the lavender ring.
Maybe its more accurate to say Church teaching is oppressed and controlled by the lavender ring.
By that, I mean if solid priests teach moral theology, Cardinal O'Malley or one of his cronies will call and order them not to. When a lavender ring has control of a diocese, this is how they oppress Church teaching and spiritual weapons.
Fr. Longenecker's quotes from CS Lewis are chilling to read at this time in the history of the Church
Lewis observed that Inner Rings exist in the institutions of every human endeavor and that the desire to belong leads the individual not at first to some great wickedness, but to the incremental compromise of truth and goodness required in order to be accepted by the insiders—leading at last to complete capitulation to the forces of evil.
Inner Rings fester wherever humans gather, and the existence of such a ring within the church goes without saying. It is often said of the Catholic Church, “by all means come aboard the barque of Peter, but don’t go down into the engine room.” In other words, the Inner Circle of the Catholic Church is not only a dark and steamy engine room. It is also a noisome cave where “there be dragons.”Fr. Longnecker describes how its put into practice:
The seduction by the lavender inner ring in the Catholic Church was for the young man to go with the flow and “not make a fuss.” The temptation is to keep quiet and mind your own business at first, then to allow oneself to be drawn in from silence, to condoning, and then to participation. If the seduction was sexual and one yields, then one is forever compromised—being open to blackmail and threats to reveal one’s own deep, dark secrets. If the young seminarian happens to be lacking in male friendship and insecure in his masculinity, the attraction of belonging to the inside circle of the the all-male clergy club will have deeper resonances in his immature personality. The seminary is the breeding ground of the ring.
Many years ago, I was blessed to be able to drive to the Cathedral to with my children every Sunday. I still consider it my spiritual home.
During that time, a master of ceremonies for the Archdiocese who also plays the key role in recruiting and ordination in the Archdiocese was telling people he spent his down time in gay bars.
I was extremely upset about this revelation. The brazenness of his attempts to normalize it. The implication of gay hook-ups. His proximity to candidates of formation to the diaconate and priesthood. My fear was, this open dynamic had to be keeping orthodox men from ordination.
What struck me the most was the inappropriateness of his appointment and his retention after this disclosure.
What are the chances an ordained heterosexual boasting of spending his down time in a topless poledance booze parlor, would be appointed to leadership roles at the seminary and Sacred Liturgy?
I was deeply disturbed with this individual's comfort in making known he is placed into leadership position with open knowledge of what he does in his downtime. It struck me as a brazen message that the power of the Archdiocese of Boston rests in the lavender ring.
The real story is the tolerance of this corruption, which we've done for far too long.
When it was first disclosed, I remember some people laughing about it. It was entertainment to some Catholics - as if his presence and boldness represented an inner ring victory over the craven silence of pious people.
Of course, the silence is just a reaction to the hostility and slander of the corrupt. The corrupt make it known you are the enemy.
Few people have the courage to subject themselves to the ramifications of taking a position against their agenda. It isn't a pleasant experience, even for Catholics who have their priorities straight.
Poor Archbishop Vigano is getting a good dose of it. Unbelievably, Pope Francis is trying to portray the lies malice and slander the inner ring deploys as 'silence' and 'humble truth'.
As if discrediting Archbishop Vigano, instead of just answering questions, is the exercise of truth and humble pie.
Here is their idea of 'silence'.
Frs. Rosica and Lombardi stating they were upset they had to retract their lie that the only meeting the Holy Father would publicly acknowledge was with a gay man and his sex partner.
Do they actually think this helps their credibility?
They are admitting they're liars and support gay marriage.
They now claim who-am-I-to-judge-Pope-Francis was upset Kim Davis had been married four times, so they had to scramble to discredit the post-conversation actions of a woman who refused to surrender her salvation.
The public statement they wanted to make in the culture war was Pope Francis' support of gay sex partners and Archbishop Vigano turned the whole thing upside down.
How they think this helps to discredit Archbishop Vigano is an unsolved mystery.
They fail to recognize we are tired of lies and lies to cover up lies.
What we want is a statement from the Holy Father on whether he lifted sanctions on Cardinal McCarrick knowing he was a rapist.
We want a statement on why Pope Francis put known pederest Monsignor Battista Ricca in charge of the hotel he is living in.
We want a statement on whether he was told priest he gave a papal apartment to was known to conduct drug-fueled homosexual orgies.
We want a statement on whether he knows the real identity of Baby and if not, why Nighty Nights Tobin was appointed to a youth synod.
We want answers to these questions.
We don't care if they accuse Archbishop Vigano doing a tango as naked as a jaybird with a rose between the cheeks of his butt in St. Peter's Square.
Just answer the questions of Catholics who long ago made a commitment to God that we would not consort with the Inner Ring for any reason.
This group of craftsmen will by no means coincide with the Inner Ring or the Important People or the People in the Know. It will not shape that professional policy or work up that professional influence which fights for the profession as a whole against the public: nor will it lead to those periodic scandals and crises which the Inner Ring produces. But it will do those things which that profession exists to do and will in the long run be responsible for all the respect which that profession in fact enjoys and which the speeches and advertisements cannot maintain.Having 30+ years of experience in the group of craftsman, I can with absolute certainty, that every time the Inner Ring pulls a stunt like this, they are going to a big surprise from the rabbits in the hole.
Our friends at Boston Catholic Insider have the latest updates on the 'investigation' of St. John's Seminary. When faced with criticism Bishop O'Connell may have a conflict of interest in the investigation, Fr. Bryan Hehir replaced him with the Queen Bee of the Inner Ring.
Then there is the matter of Sr. Eisner now leading the “independent” investigation. Coincidentally, she is also on the Board of Trustees of SJS. Worse than that, Emmauel College is on a list of New Ways Ministry’s 130 known “gay-friendly” Catholic Colleges and Universities.
Emmanuel College has a club, OUTspoken, for LGBTQA students to create a better understanding of their self-identity. Every year there is a student-led Reaching OUT Retreat for LGBTQA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Questioning, Ally) students on Cape Cod sponsored by OUTspoken and Campus Ministry which has as one core principle, “Accepting and being proud of your sexuality and who you are.” Then one sees that Sr. Eisner’s religious order, the Sisters of Notre Dame De Namur had a GLBT activist lead a retreat at the order’s high schools in California in 2014.
Wouldn’t this investigation into a homosexual scandal a bit more “independent” and objective if the leader of it wasn’t so closely associated with promotion of the gay agenda herself? Why not tap someone truly independent to lead it, who also believes and promotes what the Catholic Church teaches about homosexuality, such as the National Catholic Bioethics Center?Good questions.
I suspect the answer is the same reasons an irrelevant 'joint statement' was issued from two cronies of the Roman Inner Ring.
And Jesus Wept.

Pope Announces Emergency Situation that Calls for Concrete Action
Plastic bottles are floating in the ocean
Environmental protection is a priority of his papacy. Not our children.
Not our seminarians.
Not the Deposit of Faith.
Not the salvation of our souls.
The emergency is 'plastic' in the ocean.
I couldn't agree more with Fr. Longenecker who writes that "We are looking at a Lame Duck Papacy". That's the best Pope Francis could hope for...
I don't get the feeling people are going to let him get away with it. But, it appears he'll keep trying to go this course and as a result, more and more people will be inspired to whistleblow other stories of corruption.
strategy is being unanimously across in the gay mafioso. The New York Times reporters tried to reach every bishop accused in Archbishop Vigano's testimony and they all refused to respond or answer.
And so, we must pour more gasoline on the fire of justice.
I feel sorry they don't want to come to terms with our commitment for real reform.
Each day that passes and each stupid attempt to distract us from the purging of spiritual and sexual predators only serves to make people more angry.
Don't forget - if you are in the Archdiocese of Boston and they read Archbishop O'Malley's PR statement today, please call out Archbishop Vigano's name which is pronounced VEEGANo. At least once at the end of the PR statement!

Fr. James Martin Claims Priests who Identify Themselves by Their Sins Don't Commit Them
Martin tweet:
"If you doubt the intense hatred for gay priests (and as I say in the piece I mean celibate gay priests and chaste members of religious orders), how often people assume they are all abusers, and the virulent homophobia in the church, just read some of the comments below."He's upset that the 55 years of insurrection of gay priests purging Catholic teaching and those who teach it has flipped to the counter-insurrection of purging gay priests.
His claim is, priests who identify as 'gay', have been teaching Catholics gay sex is a 'sacrament', encouraging gay marriage, counseling children to submit themselves to gays who sexually seduce them - priests who have never once taught the only response to same sex temptation is celibacy and use of the Sacraments to rebuke those temptations - have been keeping a tremendous secret: They are celibate themselves!
If a priest identifies himself as a gay priest, he is conveying that he has acted on gay sex temptation in the past, has gay sex temptations at present and may act on it in the future. He has assumed gay sex into his identity.
No other priests identify themselves by their temptations and sins. You don't see priests referring to themselves as "opposite sex priest" or "fornicating priest" or "pornography priest" or "thieving priest" or "drunk priest".
The idea that a priest would call himself a gay priest and not be acting upon it, is about as believable as a priest who calls himself a 'knitting priest' who doesn't knit.

BCI Report on Cardinal O'Malley Coddling of Boston Homosexual Clergy Network
The first part of BCI's report was published earlier today.
I've lived through most of these experiences, but reading the details at this time in the Church that makes the belligerence and audacity more infuriating.
How would a 'happy porn writing sodomite' have such intimate knowledge of Fr. Fleming and his sex life? How could this sexually intimate knowledge be published in a porn book and the Cardinal not follow up on it?
Imagine brazenly defending the conduct of homosexual erudites by telling victims they are doing an extraordinary job in education, the pews and loaded and the stuff they say has your full support as Cardinal Archbishop?
I've also experienced the phenomenon mentioned in BCI's report when Cardinal O'Malley ties the hands of pastors, priests in the chancery and auxilliary bishops. The exasperation expressed has been a familiar conversation.
You have to wonder if the reasons for the coddling are revealed in Tornielli's Machiavellian defense of Pope Francis, i.e., victims of homosexual priest predators are over the age of 18, and therefore it's not a serious matter. The Holy Father knowingly giving a swanky Vatican apartment for drug-fueled homosexual orgies makes the approval of over-18 sexual abuse a plausible explanation.
Cardinal O'Malley has prepared a statement which will be read at parishes this weekend. It has all the buzzwords. He speaks of a lack of transparent systems, pastoral accountability, clerical sins and clerical failures. He tells us the pope is 'on our side'. Those who suffer are his priority and he wants to listen to us to root out 'the tragic horror that destroys the lives of the innocent'.
Who is "us" and "our side"?
The only evidence we have of record points to sexual and theological perverts. Here's another article disclosing Pope Francis meetings at the Vatican with culture warriors of gay marriage and telling them how appreciative he is over their project to spiritually defile youth.
In July, Pope Francis sent a three-page letter “blessing” and endorsing a Catholic ethics conference co-organized by Jesuit Father James Keenan, a public promoter of same-sex “marriage.” The conference featured many feminist and pro-LGBT speakers.
“I have appreciated this effort of yours from the beginning, when the members of your planning committee visited me in the Vatican last March,” Pope Francis wrote.
One of the many pro-LGBT speakers at that conference was Father Charles Curran, a long-time dissident priest, especially concerning the teaching of Humanae Vitae. A promoter of homosexuality, he finally lost his teaching faculties in the 1980s.
One of quotes from the speakers at the conference:
“we, as queer and LGBTIA-identified Catholics” often “find that our lives and our loves are denounced both formally and informally in diocesan newspapers and during Catholic homilies.."Is building a bridge to gay sex and marriage the "we" and "us" and "our" Cardinal O'Malley is talking about?
Because the Holy Father has made crystal clear he has no intention to listen or talk about rooting out the tragic horror of the destruction of Curran, Keenan, Unni or Flemming or Garrity or Wuerl or Nighty Nights Tobin or Cupich or Bertone or Sandri or Filoni or Sodano or Parolin or Leveda or Ouellette or Baldisseri or Montinari or Becciu or Lajolo or Mamberti or Coccopalmerio or Paglia or Obrien or Martino or Bootkoski or Myers or Farrell - et. al.
His non-response to the other "us", is a response. And it is a powerful one.
What Cardinal O'Malley fails to realize is, there two teams of "us" working on complete opposite "rooting out of tragic horrors" and the time for reconciliation has passed. We are done. They've been rooting out faithful Catholics for 60 years. Archbishop Vigano has led the offense in a duel to the death.
Perhaps every parish where this statement about nothing is read, is a gentle chant of Vigano! Vigano! Vigano!
That ought to get the message through!
Cupich: Say your pwayers wabbits. It's hunting season in Wome
A lot has happened in the last 24 hours.
Cupich has given an interview that caricatures allegations of a coup in the Church by perverts and their enablers as a 'rabbit hole' and said "we" - all the cacas named in Archbishop Vigano's testimony - have decided the strategem is to ignore the allegations and run a PR campaign with stories about the weather and opening up US borders to illegal immigrants.
He also pulled a phony race card, claiming the Holy Father - who has a bloodline that is 100% Italian - is hated because he self-identifies as a Latino. The Rachel Dolezal of the Holy See. I saw a meme of a picture of Cupich that said "They hate Pope Francis because he is Latino and they hate me because I'm black". LOL.
Also in the news - the Catholic News Service tried to pull a stunt. Instead of tracking down and getting accused to confirm or deny allegations, they tried to use a video of Archbishop Viganò recognizing McCarrick's presence with a ceremonial mention at a gala and dates and times when McCarrick continued to abuse power and people after his faculties were stripped.
This does nothing to prove their innocence.
All the comments on social media saw right through it and directed them back to getting answers from the accused, including Pope Francis. Distraction is a resource of the guilty and their enablers. Let's make sure our social media presence leads them right back to the questions.
Speaking of responses - Cardinal Wuerl released a lawyered-up wordsmythed statement denying Archbishop Viganò 'communicated' the sanctions imposed on McCarrick.
What Archbishop Viganò said was, it was crystal clear Wuerl already knew and based upon that knowledge and the discussion with Archbishop Viganò, Wuerl immediately took action, cancelling the advertisement inviting seminary candidates to meet with McCarrick.
If the action following the conversation with Archbishop Viganò, confirms information was exchanged that changed McCarrick's ability to use the Archdiocese of Washington to advertise for more sex partners for his orgies.
Wuerl's statement also states that no victim came to him directly.
What Wuerl's statement doesn't say is, he already knew McCarrick was a rapist and at the time of his meeting with Archbishop Viganò, he didn't already know McCarrick was sanctioned.
Another item in the news sources close to Pope Francis say he has no intention of resigning.
You can see the pattern emerging. They can't deny the substance of the testimony. They don't know how many other witnesses to events will come forward and make liars out of them.
The Holy Father has chosen to ignore the allegations that he ignores the raping and perversion.
The Holy Father ignored the sexual debauchery of Battista Ricca, Francesco Coccopalmerio, Vincenzo Paglia, Timothy Radcliffe, Oscar Maradiaga and a host of others. He reversed the defrocking of pedophile priest pervert Mauro Inzolli. He reduced sanctions for other pedophile priests.
So lifting sanctions and promoting McCarrick is consistent with his policies.
And a breaking story: Pope Francis dismissed Muller for following canons on abuse cases.
And this breaking story: Pope knowingly gave Vatican Apartment to gay priest later caught in cocaine-fueled orgy.
With time they will realize: The more they dig in, the bigger and louder and uglier this will get.
Get out and let the purification commence.

Archbishop Viganò has not produced in his testimony any objectively verifiable proof that he in any way communicated to Cardinal Wuerl restrictions imposed on Cardinal McCarrick by Pope Benedict XVI. In fact, Archbishop Viganò’s testimony says that he did not.So then everyone is in agreement. Why mention it?
What Archbishop Viganò said was, it was crystal clear Wuerl already knew and based upon that knowledge and the discussion with Archbishop Viganò, Wuerl immediately took action, cancelling the advertisement inviting seminary candidates to meet with McCarrick.

Archbishop Viganò Fled for His Life
A personal account of how +Viganò turned over his Memo to an Italian journalist is up at Fr. Z's. The weight of corruption must have been horrendous.
We could all see the rotten fruit of this papacy - but never in our wildest imagination could we dare confirm this surreal narrative. The Holy Father knowingly merited and rewarded the dirty scoundrels who poison our people with filth and sin. He deliberately picked a pervert and rapist to help him hand-pick like-minded prelates for future generations. It turns out Malachia Martin is non-fiction.
We hoped he was caught in some kind of diabolical stupidity or naivete.
I can't imagine the torture of watching it all unfold. The journalist describes his observations of +Viganò walking through living hell and coming to terms with what he must do for the purification of the Church.
He's fled for his life from the ravenous wolves who protected their sick sex cult by killing Fr. Kunz as a testimony to what will happen to anyone who dares to expose them.
I pray +Viganò is consoled by the chilling timing of this week's Scripture readings. Whatever happens, God Himself has instigated war with his fury. Thy Will be Done.
I couldn't sleep last night thinking about it - which is not good as I have to rally for a day at an amusement park!
The squeezola now is forcing bishops to choose a side. We've taken sniper attacks for 50 years and mortal wounds for the last 5 of this papacy, but the first shots from our side have been fired. The time has come to force them into revealing which army they are fighting for and against.
I was thinking of St. John Bosco's dream of the two columns over the past few days.
“Breaking through all resistance, the new Pope steers his ship safely between the two columns and moors it to the two columns; first to the one surmounted by the Host, and then to the other, topped by the statue of the Virgin. At this point something unexpected happens. The enemy ships panic and disperse, colliding with and scuttling each other. Some auxiliary ships which had gallantly fought alongside their flagship are the first to tie up at the two columns. “Many others, which had fearfully kept far away from the fight, stand still, cautiously waiting until the wrecked enemy ships vanish under the waves. Then, they too head for the two columns, tie up at the swinging hooks, and ride safe and tranquil beside their flagship. A great calm now covers the sea.” And in conclusion to this dream: “Very grave trials await the Church. What we have suffered so far is almost nothing compared to what is going to happen. The enemies of the Church are symbolized by the ships which strive their utmost to sink the flagship. Only two things can save us in such a grave hour: devotion to Mary and frequent Communion. Let us do our very best to use these two means and have others use them everywhere.”The new pope is not Pope Francis as he certainly has not been steering the ship to moor at Church teaching, but the war has begun.
Yesterday, Cupcich fired sniper bullets towards +Viganò and as he did so, he asked for 'peace'.
Most of us will say, we are very much at peace. Finally, at peace.
As I read +Viganò torment, I pray he knows each of us has shared his anguish over what to do to stop it. At long last, a warrior of God has stepped forward and blew the horn to begin the war. Are we ever ready.
I'm not a fan of any big-ass dog and pony show investigations.
We already know the names of the culprits. I'm for making a list and telling them to get out.
Just get out. Resign and laicize and let us put holy people in place who will teach our children our religion. That solves everything.
If they don't voluntarily resign, I'm for involving private investigators and the FBI to force them.
Nighty Nights Baby is on the top of my list.

Pope Francis Response to Archbishop Viganò's Testimony: I'm Taking the Fifth. All Lechers Shelter in Place
Has anyone made heads or tails out of this?
Do I have this right?
He has commissioned secular journalists to figure out if its true, because they are "mature". Once he reads the spin in the newspapers he will make a decision on whether he should..make a statement. Meanwhile, all lechers will shelter in place.
Am I missing anything?
The recurring theme in his policies seems to be, when faced with wrongdoing and error, I shall choose to be obstinate and protect the status quo with omissions.
This is exactly how the perverts are given the space to terrorize, groom and abuse.
I highly recommend reading actual contents of +Vigano's actual letter, Don't just read articles. Taking the time to read it needs to be on the top of everyone's priority list.
His testimony is embedded in this article.
Even if you were unaware of Archbishop Vigano's hands on work while US Nuncio, anyone reading it that's been involved in evangelism or catechesis of our families and people has already deliberated. The verdict is in: guilty, beyond all reasonable doubt.
Our families have been victimized by these people. We've all written hundreds of letters ourselves about the fruit of their poisonous tree.
I can't state enough how important the past 20 years of sending letters to chanceries and up the chain of command has determined where the camps are, who is in them , who is enabling them, who is scared of them and who is doing what they can to fight against them.
The Holy Father needs to come to terms with the truth. As US Nuncio, when all avenues with cronies at the chanceries was exhausted, we followed protocol and sent the information on serious theological problems to Archbishop Viganò. His credibility has already been tried and tested. It is impeccable.
He's named names and events which people are now on the hot seat to man up and verify.
The wheels are coming off of the bus. Monsignor Lantheaume has verified factual information in +Vigano's testimony.
It is critical that each one of us, at this moment, give public witness. Whether a mother, a father, a priest, a bishop, a cardinal, anyone and everyone mentioned in the testimony -- the time has come to make a public statement.
Cardinal Wuerl issued a denial yesterday. But as the parties start to come forward, he is backtracking and sheltering in place.
Archbishop Vigano added names to the list. As the network participants are revealed, its important to keep the roll call updated. I'm working on an updated list which will be added to this post.
Immittet angelus Domini in circuitu timentium eum, et eripiet eos; gustate et videte, quoniam suavis est Dominus. (The angel of the Lord shall enamp around those who fear him, and shall deliver them. Taste and see how good is the Lord.)

Church Militant Going Crazed Vigilante
Over the past couple of days, Church Militant has been running videos of an individual confronting people like a crazed vigilante.
Here's todays:
This lunatic conduct needs to be condemned. Swiftly condemned.
Yesterdays was some poor priest who breathed the same air as McCarrick. The priest showed remarkable virtue. When he reached out to the Blessed Mother in prayer, he was mocked.
Listen, owning an iphone does not make you a reporter.
This guy needs to get himself into a state of sanctifying grace and sit in front of the Blessed Sacrament for a couple of hours to cool his jets. And there is nobody at Church Militant who has the wherewithall to do it.
I tried to speak to CM staff and was appalled by their conduct and defense of the indefensible. This is not the first time.
A few weeks ago, they were trying to claim Bill Donohue was guilty of protecting McCarrick's pedophilia. There's enough substance to gripe about Bill Donohue without resorting to the bizarre claim that people privy to rumors about McCarricks consensual orgies are culpable for McCarrick's misdeeds.
Ladies and gentlemen - we cannot go down this rabbit hole.
No Catholic of good will should have anything to do with any apostolate who advocates and carries out assaults on women, children and priests - or for that matter, bishops or popes.
If this is where this movement is going, I'm out. I wan't nothing to do with a movement that treats Catholic priests and lay people like this.
They've lost their ever-loving minds!
UPDATE: The comments from Church Militant staff on Christine Nile's Facebook page advocate lunatic aggressive and threatening confrontations based upon the rash presumption employees of the Church and priests are all pimps involved in cover ups for perverts.
Every Catholic of good will should condemn this insidious strategem and disassociate themselves from the apostolate. We need this like we need a hole in the head.

Archbishop Viganò Just Flushed the Throne
Yesterday, the internet was buzzing when the Holy Father used the word 'sh*t' to describe people who cover up abuse.
A few things before the substance of +Viganò's letter.
It's a fair estimate to say that in the US, at minimum, a hundred thousand Catholics have been writing letters about theological shenanigans of gay prelates in their diocese for over two decades.
Each one of us has written an average of a hundred letters to various people in the hierarchy, all the way to Rome. Some of us have written much more than a hundred.
Consequently, we are very familiar with all the characters.
We have first hand experience in the identification of whose actions protected gay priests by omission and commission and whose responses and actions ended something scandalous.
As someone who reached out to Archbishop Viganò at least 50 times during his tenure as Nuncio for theological and ethical problems, he was a hands-on Nuncio who appropriately responded to complaints and acted on corruption. He did not stop to pat every dog that barked, but his intercession could be counted upon when serious situations developed. He took his job seriously, followed through and did everything within his ability to stop bad behavior.
And all one hundred thousand of us know it. We have all worked with him. He's proven, beyond all reasonable doubt, that his loyalty is to Truth and Christ.
So, any attempt by the gay cabal and their enablers to smear +Viganò's reputation with lies will convict such persons as either part of the network of gay sexual abusers or an enabler. If one is an enabler, there is a reason for it.
So, a word to the wise: Upon such identification, laity will zealously pursue the reasons why such persons have an interest in mitigating truth by lying about Archbishop Viganò's credibility or testimony.
Let's all pray that this starts the avalanche of others who made personal efforts and informed the Holy Father of the sexual and theological debauchery of the people and ideas he was foisting upon the Mystical Body of Christ.
As to the substance of +Viganò's report, the most compelling thing is, all of US nuncios had been informing Pope Benedict and Pope Francis of McCarrick's sexual lechery. Pope Benedict XVI had imposed sanctions on McCarrick, stripped him of faculties and moved him from his plumb location for hand-picking victims at the seminary. The sanctions were not enforced by the corrupt people around Pope Benedict XVI, but Pope Benedict did attempt to do the right thing.
When Pope Francis was made aware of McCarrick's vile sexual depravity, including sacrilegious celebration of the Eucharist, Pope Francis REVERSED Pope Benedict XVI sanctions, appointed him as counselor and adviser.
Archbishop Viganò implicates others in the coverup, including Wuerl, whose denials he called "laughable".
This is devastating:
Thus, the question "why" Pope Francis surrounded himself with gay bishops and cardinals and purged faithful ones from Rome is finally answered. Our worst suspicions are confirmed.
Pope Francis was aware the people he was empowering were connected to a network of gay prelates who groomed victims, theologically and physically, for sexual abuse. For five years, he has been promoting these prelates and their ideas to our children, and telling them our warnings about these individuals is vicious. He sought the counsel of the most sexually perverted prelate in the US see to help him stack his see with like-minded people.
More on this developing story later as I'm heading to the 10:45 Mass, but mark my words: The day has arrived when all the sh*ts at the synod will wish they used Amoris Laetitiae as toilet paper.
UPDATE as I'm walking out the door...Bishop Strickland of the diocese of Tyler, called +Vigano's testimony "credibile" and is calling for an investigation of Pope Francis and others named in +Vigano's report.
Next steps may be forcing each of the bishops of our see to take a side?
The question I keep asking myself is, really, how active was McCarrick in Pope Francis elevation to the See of Peter? In light of what is now being exposed, this is a legitimate question of the validity of his papacy.
According to victims who took part, Francis condemned corruption and cover-up within the Church, using the Spanish word caca that was translated by a papal interpreter as “filth one sees in a toilet.” A literal translation would be “shit.”Last night, just about the time everyone in the US was settling into bed with their pajamas, Archbishop Viganò flushed the potty.

In his written statement, Viganò then outlined his understanding of how, despite the allegations against him, McCarrick came to be appointed Archbishop of Washington D.C. in 2000 and how his misdeeds were covered up. His statement implicates Cardinals Angelo Sodano, Tarcisio Bertone and Pietro Parolin and he insists various other cardinals and bishops were well aware, including Cardinal Donald Wuerl, McCarrick’s successor as archbishop of Washington D.C.
“I myself brought up the subject with Cardinal Wuerl on several occasions, and I certainly didn’t need to go into detail because it was immediately clear to me that he was fully aware of it,” he wrote.
This is devastating:
At a private meeting a few days later, Archbishop Viganò said the Pope asked him “‘What is Cardinal McCarrick like?’” to which the archbishop replied: “He corrupted generations of seminarians and priests and Pope Benedict ordered him to withdraw to a life of prayer and penance.” The former nuncio said he believes the Pope’s purpose in asking him was to “find out if I was an ally of McCarrick or not.”Insight on the Pope's reaction to incriminating news at WaPo.
He corrupted generations of seminarians and priests and Pope Benedict ordered him to withdraw to a life of prayer and penance,” Viganò says he told Francis. “The Pope did not make the slightest comment about those very grave words of mine and did not show any expression of surprise on his face, as if he had already known the matter for some time, and he immediately changed the subject.”Very incriminating.
Thus, the question "why" Pope Francis surrounded himself with gay bishops and cardinals and purged faithful ones from Rome is finally answered. Our worst suspicions are confirmed.
